Katie is Director of Ops & Strategy of the charity The Difference. She was former Managing Director of NGO AccessEd and Head of Strategy and Planning at The Challenge, the UK’s largest social integration charity. Katie also worked as a senior management consultant at PwC.

Katie Glass.

Katie is our coach in residence. She is a career and mindset coach working with emerging female leaders in the non profit sector. She has over 10 years’ experience in the start-up, tech and non profit sectors, where she built communities for brands such as Google, Pinterest and Nike. Before switching to coaching fulltime, she was a people manager at the Centre for Effective Altruism in Oxford.
